Alzheimer's Association Community Resource Finder

The Alzheimer's Association Community Resource Finder is an online search engine that enables a person with dementia and their caregivers to locate community programs, services and resources. It is accessible on alz.org and works in conjunction with the Alzheimer's Navigator when local resources are recommended for users. This tool is also a great way for you to provide detailed information about your services and current contact information. Your clients can even fill out reviews about the services they've received from your agency. We invite you to actively participate in this process by creating a profile so that you can manage and update your listing.

Start now by creating a profile with CareLike. Click here to set up your account through CareLike. You will receive an email from CareLike within 72 hours to let you know that you can sign in and update the database with the services you provide. Your service or business will then automatically become part of the Alzheimer's Association Community Resource Finder. It's as easy as that!

For additional information about being added to the database, please contact support@carelike.com.

The Community Resource Finder offers users the ability to rate and review the providers listed. The Alzheimer's Association will monitor user comments and will expect users to follow the guidelines for posting in the terms and conditions. As is the general practice, providers are asked to refrain from rating their own services, but may respond to criticism as a part of good customer service. If you have any questions, please contact crf@alz.org.
